Free concert at St Mary’s Church, Slough
Sunday March 17th.

We’ve commissioned Ayanna Witter-Johnson to write a piece for our combination of string quartet, harp and clarinet – you may recall our Platinum Suite li.sten.to/c9ugcd98 which was for the same combination, and which we’ll also be performing on the 17th.

Ayanna is going to be drawing on her Caribbean heritage to create something truly unique and special for us reflecting on the big Windrush anniversary this year.
Other pieces will include music by Herschel, Finzi, Bizet & Mascagni, as well as a celebration of British folk songs.
